History and Background

Data Management was incorporated in 1961 in Washington DC. The original focus of DMI was the building and maintenance of residential mailing lists along with lettershop services. Since 1961, DMI has assisted clients in consolidating their marketing programs efficiently and cost-effectively. We now provide total solutions for analysis and modeling, CRM, data enrichment, and hosted Database Management. In addition, we offer services ranging from programming to the development and maintenance of complex database programs. Clients we serve range from financial institutions to catalogs but our main focus is servicing the non-profit community.

DMI has the latest on-line cloud based interactive technology supported by extensive security measures throughout our facility. Other companies offer full service production and we have considered providing that as well. However, we are of the opinion that by concentrating on data management, our overall service will be of higher quality and more value to our clients. Located in Stoneville, NC our data processing facility is 25 miles from Greensboro. Because of FTP and e-mail transmission, data is immediately available for production anywhere in the country.
